Remote control your Android phone

Operate your phone even when it is not with you. Open your LaiCai account in the browser on another phone, a tablet, or a computer to see and control your Android phone. Nothing to install on the controlling device.

What each side needs

Controlling device: any browser

  • Another phone, a tablet, or a computer, with no app to install
  • Signed in to the same LaiCai account
  • Open “Control my computer” in your account

Controlled phone: an Android phone

  • LaiCai Android Agent installed and linked to a computer on your account
  • Active Premium on the linked computer
  • “Allow remote control” turned on in the Agent, with the phone on and online

Start in four steps

  1. 1

    Install LaiCai Android Agent

On your computer, connect the phone in LaiCai Screen Mirroring and install LaiCai Android Agent. The phone is linked to that computer.

  2. 2

    Turn on remote control

On the phone, open the Agent, go to Settings → Permissions, and turn on “Allow remote control” and “Accessibility”. Granting “Screen recording” in advance means later connections need no confirmation on the phone.

  3. 3

Pick the phone in your browser

Sign in to the same account at laicaiapp.com in any browser and open “Control my computer”. The phone is listed under the computer it is linked to; select Control.

  4. 4

    Start controlling

The phone screen appears on the page. Tap and swipe directly, and use the buttons below for Back, Home, and Recents.

Controls in the browser

Tap and swipe

Tap to tap, hold for a long press, drag to swipe, and pinch with two fingers to zoom. On a computer, click and drag with the mouse.

Navigation keys

Back, Home, and Recents work like the phone’s own system navigation.

Full screen

Let the phone screen fill the whole browser screen for a clearer view.

Disconnect anytime

Select “Disconnect” to end control. Turning off “Allow remote control” on the phone stops every device from connecting.

Share it with someone using a code

Need family, a coworker, or support to operate your phone? In the Agent, open “Share with a code”, choose “Can control” or “View only” and a duration, and send the link. They open it in a browser, with no LaiCai account needed.

Safety and connection

  • Only devices signed in to the same LaiCai account can control your phone from your account.
  • While it is being controlled, the phone shows “Remote control in progress” in its notifications, and Android shows a screen-sharing indicator in the status bar.
  • A phone can be controlled from one window at a time; a new connection disconnects the previous window.
  • The page reconnects automatically after a short network drop. Turning off “Allow remote control” also stops the phone’s code shares.

FAQ

Does the controlling device need an app?

No. The browser on another phone, a tablet, or a computer signed in to the same LaiCai account is enough.

Does remote control of the phone cost extra?

No. The phone uses the Premium of the computer it is linked to, and every phone linked to that computer can be controlled.

Do the phone and controller need the same Wi-Fi?

No. Both only need an internet connection. A few networks block direct connections, and the page tells you when it cannot connect.

Can someone without an account control it?

Yes, with a share code. They just open the link you send or enter the code; no sign-up needed.
